भिगवन येथील ग्रमपंचायतीच्या नवनिर्वाचित सरपंच, उपसरपंच,सर्व सदस्य यांच्या कामाचा धडाका सुरूच असून, जुने भिगवन ते मंगलदृष्टी इथपर्यंत ची पिण्याच्या पाण्याची पाइपलाइन टाकण्याचे काम पूर्ण करण्यात आले आहे. दि.१ मे रोजी पासून पाणी सोडण्यास सुरुवात करण्यात आली. यामुळे भिगवनकरांचा पिण्याच्या पाण्याचा प्रश्न सुटण्यास फार मोठ्या प्रमाणावर मदत होणार आहे. या नवीन पाइपलाइन मुळे जवळजवळ २ लाख लिटर पिण्याच्या पाण्याची साठवण, टाकीत होणार असून त्यातील सुमारे १ लाख ७० हजार लि. पाणी पिण्यासाठी वापरण्यात येणार आहे.

या नवीन पाइपलाइन मुळे विशेषतः येथील वॉर्ड क्र.२,३,व ४ मधील नागरिकांची पाण्याची समस्या सुटणार आहे.आणि वॉर्ड क्रमांक १ व २ साठीही स्वतंत्र पाणीपुरवठा होणार आहे.

या पाइपलाइन करता साधारणतः ८ लाख रुपये खर्च झाला असून याकरिता हरीश लुंड यांनीही आर्थिक मदत केली आहे.
या नवीन पाइपलाइन मुळे गावातील पाण्याचा प्रश्न सुटण्यास मदत होणार असल्याने नागरिकांमध्ये आनंदाचे वातावरण असून,ग्रामपंचायतीच्या
कामाचे सर्वत्र कौतुक होत आहे.
यावेळी सरपंच तानाजी वायसे, पिंटू शिंदे,अशोक शिंदे, मा. सरपंच पराग जाधव, उपसभापती संजय देहाडे, हरीश लूंड, संजय रायसोनी,तुषार क्षीरसागर,जयदीप जाधव,दत्ता धवडे, जावेद शेख,कपिल भाकरे, सत्यवान भोसले, गुराप्पा पवार, रुपेश क्षीरसागर, मच्छिंद्र खडके, काळे व ग्रा. प. कर्मचारी उपस्थित होते.
