भिगवण प्रतिनिधी :

कोरोनाच्या काळात गरज म्हणुन राज्यामध्ये ऑनलाईन शिक्षणाचा पर्याय स्विकारला. कोरोना नियंत्रणात आल्यानंतरही शासन आत्ता उच्च शिक्षणांमध्ये ऑनलाईनचा आग्रह धरु लागले आहे. ऑनलाईन शिक्षणात शिक्षकांचे शिकविणे होते परंतु विदयार्थ्यांचे शिकणे होते का? याचा विचार करण्याची आवश्यकता आहे. दर्जेदार व गुणवत्तापुर्ण शिक्षणासाठी प्रत्यक्ष अनुभवातुन घेतलेल्या व ऑफलाईन शिक्षणाचीच गरज आहे असे प्रतिपादन महाराष्ट्र राज्य प्राध्यापक संघटनेचे अध्यक्ष डॉ. शामराव लवांडे यांनी मांडली.
इंदापूर येथील कला, विज्ञान व वाणिज्य महाविदयालयामध्ये सावित्रीबाई फुले पुणे विदयापीठ पुणे, शिवाजी विदयापीठ कोल्हापूर व अहिल्याबाई होळकर विदयापीठ सोलापूर कार्यक्षेत्रातील प्राध्यापकांच्या मेळाव्याचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते. कार्यक्रमासाठी महाराष्ट्र राज्य प्राध्यापक संघटनेचे उपाध्यक्ष डॉ. के.एल. गिरमकर, प्रदेश सरचिटणीस डॉ. हनुमंत अवताडे, शिवाजी विदयापीठ प्राध्यापक संघटनेचे अध्यक्ष डॉ. आर.के.चव्हाण, सोलापुर विदयापीठ प्राध्यापक संघटनेचे अध्यक्ष डॉ. नेताजी कोकाटे, स्पूक्टो चे सरचिटणीस डॉ. प्रविण ताटे-देशमुख, डॉ. शिवाजी भोसले, डॉ. राजेंद्र साळुंखे,प्रा. धनंजय भोसले उपस्थित होते. यावेळी डॉ. शामराव लवांडे यांची महाराष्ट्र प्राध्यापक संघटनेच्या अध्यक्षपदी निवड झाल्याबद्दल प्राध्यापकांच्या व प्राचार्य डॉ. संजय चाकणे यांचे वतीने सत्कार करण्यात आला. डॉ. राजाराम गावडे यांची स्थानिक शाखेच्या अध्यक्षपदी निवडीबद्दल सत्कार करण्यात आला.
यावेळी बोलताना डॉ. के.एल. गिरमकर म्हणाले, तात्पुरती सोय म्हणुन सुरु करण्यात आलेली तासिका तत्वावर प्राध्यापकांची भरती ही प्रक्रिया रुढ होत आहे ही दुर्दवी बाब आहे. बहुतेक महाविदयालयांमध्ये कायमस्वरुपी प्राध्यापकांपेक्षा तासिका तत्वावरील प्राध्यापकांची संख्याच जास्त आहे. दर्जेदार उच्च शिक्षणासाठी शासनाने राज्यांमधील नियमित प्राध्यापकांची भरती केली पाहिजे.
प्रास्ताविक डॉ. राजेंद्र साळुंखे यांनी, सुत्रसंचालन डॉ. तानाजी कसबे व डॉ. बाळासाहेब काळे यांनी केले तर आभार प्रा. उत्तम माने यांनी केले.
प्राध्यापक मेळाव्यासाठी सावित्रीबाई फुले पुणे विदयापीठ पुणे, शिवाजी विदयापीठ कोल्हापुर व अहिल्याबाई होळकर सोलापुर विदयापीठ कार्यक्षेत्रातील १५० प्राध्यापक मेळाव्यासाठी उपस्थित होते. कार्यक्रमाचे संयोजन कला, विज्ञान व वाणिज्य महाविदयालय, इंदापूर मधील प्राध्यापकांनी केले.
