भिगवन प्रतिनिधी (दि. ३/९/२०२०)
आप्पासाहेब गायकवाड

मराठा आरक्षणाला सुप्रीम कोर्टानं तूर्तास स्थगिती दिली आहे. त्यामुळे आता २०२०-२१ या शैक्षणिक वर्षासाठी मराठा समाजाला आरक्षण मिळणार नाही. तसंच सरकारी नोकरीमध्ये सुद्धा हे आरक्षण दिलं जाणार नाही हे सुप्रीम कोर्टाने स्पष्ट केलं आहे.

वर्ष २०२०-२१ मध्ये होणारी सरकारी नोकर भरती किंवा शैक्षणिक प्रवेशासाठी मराठा आरक्षण लागू होणार नाही, असा अंतरिम निकाल देत न्यायालयाने मराठा आरक्षणाच्या अंमलबजावणीला स्थगिती दिली आहे. याच पार्श्वभूमीवर

भिगवण येथे रविवार (दि.०४) रोजी मराठा क्रांती मोर्चा आणि सकल मराठा समाज यांच्यावतीने सकाळी १० वा. भिगवण ग्रामपंचायत समोर पुणे सोलापूर महामार्गावर सनदशीर मार्गाने मराठा समाजाच्या मागण्यासाठी व सरकारला जाग आणण्यासाठी रास्ता रोको आंदोलन करण्यात येणार असल्याचे सकल मराठा समाज मोर्चा समन्वयक भिगवण यांच्या वतीने सांगण्यात आले आहे.

या प्रमुख मागण्यांमध्ये, मराठा समाजाच्या नोकरी व शिक्षणातील सवलतीला सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने स्थगिती दिलेली आहे, ती त्वरित उठवावी. तसेच महाराष्ट्र शासनाने सध्या चालू केलेली सर्व नोकर भरती आरक्षणाचा निर्णय होईपर्यंत स्थगित ठेवावी, कोपर्डी बलात्कार प्रकरणातील आरोपींना तात्काळ फाशीची शिक्षा देण्यात यावी, कै.श्री. आण्णासाहेब पाटील आर्थिक मागास विकास महामंडळास १ हजार कोटी रुपयांची तरतूद करण्यात यावी, मराठा आंदोलकांवरील गुन्हे तात्काळ मागे घेण्यात यावेत, राज्य लोकसेवा आयोगाने एसईबीसी प्रवर्गाच्या ज्या निवडी केलेल्या होत्या त्या संरक्षित करण्यात याव्यात, तसेच मराठा समाजाच्या विद्यार्थ्यांचे शैक्षणिक प्रवेशा बाबतच्या ज्या अडचणी असतील त्या अडचणी शासनाने शिक्षण क्षेत्रातील तज्ञ लोकांची नियुक्ती करून त्या त्वरित सोडवाव्यात .

मराठा समाजाने अत्यंत कष्टाने मिळविलेले आरक्षण हे राज्य सरकार सर्वोच्च न्यायालयमध्ये टिकवू शकले नाही याबाबत मराठा समाजातील सर्व स्थरातील लोकांमध्ये अत्यंत संतप्त भावना आहेत. या प्रमुख मराठा समाजाच्या रास्त मागण्यांसाठी रविवार (दि.०४) रोजी सकल मराठा समाज भिगवण व परिसराच्या वतीने सनदशीर मार्गाने भिगवण ग्रामपंचायत कार्यालया समोर (पुणे- सोलापूर महामार्गावर) रास्ता रोको आंदोलन करण्यात येणार असल्याचे सकल मराठा समाजाच्या वतीने सांगण्यात आले आहे. सदर आंदोलन कोविड १९ उपाय योजणेबाबतच्या सर्व नियमांचे पालन करून करण्यात येणार आहे‌.
