दौंड तालुक्यातील बोरीभडक येथील औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण केंद्र या ठिकाणी दि.27 एप्रिल रोजी 100 बेडचे कोव्हिड केयर सेंटर सुरू करण्यात आले.या कोविड केयर सेंटरचे उद्घाटन बारामती लोकसभा मतदार संघाच्या खासदार सुप्रिया सुळे यांनी ऑनलाईन पध्दतीने केले.दोन दिवसांपूर्वी राष्ट्रवादीच्या रुपाली चाकणकर व त्यांचे सहकारी यांनी या ठिकाणची पाहणी करून आढावा घेतला होता.
खामगाव आरोग्य केंद्राच्या अंतर्गत येणाऱ्या बोरीभडक, बोरीऐंदी, ताम्हणवाडी, भरतगाव,कासुर्डी,सहजपुर, नांदूर,खामगाव,मिरवडी,दहिटणे, डाळिंब ही गावे व परिसरातील नागरिकांना या कोव्हिड केयर सेंटरचा उपयोग होणार आहे.
हे कोविड केयर सेंटर उभारण्यासाठी परिसरातील उद्योजक व दानशूर व्यक्तींनी सामाजिक जाणिवेतून भरभरून मदत केल्याने खासदार सुप्रिया सुळे यांनी त्यांचे आभार मानले.तसेच या कोव्हिड सेंटर मध्ये अतिशय उत्तम उपचार मिळून रुग्ण सुखरूप परत घरी जावेत अशी प्रार्थनादेखील यावेळी सुप्रिया सुळे यांनी केली.
