इंदापूर तालुक्यामध्ये झालेल्या अतीमुसळधार पावसामुळे अनेक गावात ,घरात, शेतात पाणी शिरल्याने मोठ्या प्रमाणावर नुकसान झाले आहे. तसेच कुटुंबाच्या संसार उपयोगी वस्तूंचे नुकसान झाले आहे. राज्यमंत्री दत्तात्रय भरणे यांनी इंदापुर,निमगाव, सणसर, नरसिंह पुर व इतर भागात जाऊन नुकसान झालेल्या अनेक ठिकाणी परिस्थितीची पाहणी केली. नागरिकांचे नुकसान पाहता प्रशासनाला तात्काळ पंचनामा करण्याचे आदेश दिले आहेत.
निमगाव केतकी येथील रस्ते आणि पुलांचे पुरामुळे नुकसान झाले. बाजारपेठेत पाणी शिरले होते. अचानक घरांमध्ये, दुकानांमध्ये पाणी शिरल्यामुळे मोठ्या प्रमाणावर आर्थिक फटका बसला आहे
पुणे जिल्हा आणि इंदापूर तालुक्यामध्ये झालेल्या अतिवृष्टीमुळे उजनी व वीर धरणांमधून जवळपास 2 लाख क्यूसेक ने पाणी नदीपात्रामध्ये सोडण्यात आले होते. या विसर्गाचा फटका नीरा व भीमा नदी संगमावरील नरसिंहपूर या गावाला बसल्याची माहिती राज्यमंत्री भरणे यांनी दिली.
