भिगवण परिसरात पावसाचा हाहाकार: जनजीवन विस्कळित, नागरिक त्रस्त तर शेतकरीही हवालदिल

भिगवण प्रतिनिधी:
आप्पासाहेब गायकवाड

वेधशाळेने दि.११ ते १७ ऑक्टोबर दरम्यान राज्यात मुसळधार ते अतीमुसळधार पावसाचा इशारा दिला होता त्यानुसार महाराष्ट्रासह ग्रामीण भागात पाऊस पूर्णपणे सक्रीय झाला आहे. भिगवण परिसरात मुसळधार ते अतीमुसळधार पावसाने दि.१४ रोजी सायंकाळी जोर वाढल्याने येथील बरचसा भाग जलमय झाला. या पावसाचा फटका भिगवणसह भादलवाडी, कळस, मदनवाडी, शेटफळ, डाळज, पळसदेव व इतर गावांनाही बसला.

परतीच्या पावसाने भिगवणमध्ये मागील दोन दिवस चांगले पाणी साठले होते त्यानतंर दि.१४ सकाळ पासुनच पावसाला सुरवात झाली,दिवसभर संततधार व सायंकाळ नंतर अतीमुसळधार पावसाने भिगवण परिसरात आजपर्यत पडलेल्या पावसाचा उच्चांक गाठला. यामुळे पश्चिम भागातील डोंगर उतारावरील पावसाचे पाणी अचानक वाढल्याने सेवा रस्त्यावरून भिगवण बस स्थानक मध्ये शिरले, पाण्याचा प्रवाह प्रचंड असल्याने बस स्थानक ला लागुनच असणारे महाराष्ट्र बॅकेचे कंपाऊड पाण्याच्या दाबामुळे पडले गेले,त्यामुळे पाणी बॅकेत शिरले त्यामुळे बँकेतील करन्सी विभाग, व साहित्य चे मोठ्या प्रमाणावर नुकसान झाले आहे, पाण्याचा प्रवाहाने थोरातनगर येथील साईनाथ काॅम्पलेक्स, नाथ काॅम्पलॅक्सचे दुकाने , तसेच पार्किंगमध्ये पाच-सहा फुटाने पाणी भरले गेले, रो-हाऊस मधील घरात पाणी शिरल्याने अनेकांचे नुकसान झाले ,यामुळे लोकांची चांगली तारांबळ उडाली. तर वार्ड नं.२ मधील शिवाजी चौक येथील हिराई काॅम्पलेक्समध्ये तळ मजल्यामध्ये पावसाचे पाणी आल्याने अनेक व्यावसायिकांचे नुकसान झाले.

परिसरात झालेल्या पावसामुळे अनेक ओढ्या नाल्याना नदीचे स्वरूप येऊन पाणी रस्त्यावर आले होते. पाऊस जास्त असल्याने खबरदारीचा उपाय म्हणून पोलिस प्रशासनाकडून सर्तक राहण्याचा इशारा देण्यात आला .काही वेळासाठी महामार्ग बंद करण्यात आला होता.

या भागात नेहमीच पावसाचे पाणी

अतीमुसळधार पावसामुळे भिगवण च्या पश्चिम भागातील डोंगर पठारावरील वाहनारा पाण्याचा प्रवाह ,महामार्गालगत असणाऱ्या ड्रेनेज ला मिळतो तेथुन अंडर ग्राउंड असणाऱ्या ग्रामपंचायत भिगवण येथील व शासकीय आरोग्य विभाग, हॅस्पीटलचे ड्रेनेजला मिळतो .वास्तविक पाहता, येणारा प्रवाह हा दोन्ही बाजूच्या अंडर ग्राउंड ला विभागने
महत्वाचे आहे ,पंरतु अनधिकृत डोंगर मोठ्या प्रमाणात खोदल्याने डोंगरावरून येणाऱ्या पावसाच्या पाण्याच्या मुळ प्रवाहात बदल झाला आहे.
वरून येणाऱ्या पावसाच्या जादा पाण्याचा प्रवाह, सेवा रस्त्यावरून बस स्थानक, थोरातनगर परिसरात येतो .यापूर्वी देखील या ठिकाणी पाणी शिरले होते.

एकंदरीतच या परिसरात मुसळधार पावसाने शेतकऱ्यांचे ही मोठ्या प्रमाणावर नुकसान झाले असून, जनजीवन विस्कळित झाले आहे त्यामुळे नागरिकही त्रस्त झाले आहेत.
