भिगवण प्रतिनिधी :

मागील आठवड्यापासून मान्सून दाखल झाल्यापासून सर्वत्र जोरदार पाऊस पडत आहे. तीन-चार दिवसांपूर्वी भिगवण व परिसरातदेखील जोरदार पाऊस पडला होता. जागोजागी पाण्याचे डोह साठले होते. काहींची वाहने वाहून गेली तर काहींच्या घरात पाणी शिरले होते.पावसाच्या पाण्याबरोबर सर्व कचरा वाहून आल्यामुळे भिगवण येथील वार्ड क्र.5 व 6 येथील पाणी वाहून जाणारी गटार तुडुंब भरली होती आणि सर्व पाणी एकाच जागी साठून राहीले होते,त्यामुळे परिसरात दुर्गंधी पसरली होती.
भिगवण ग्रामपंचायतीचे सदस्य आबासाहेब काळे व कपिल भाकरे यांच्या ही बाब निदर्शनास आली. त्यांनी लगेच कशाचाही विचार न करता व कोणाच्याही मदतीची अपेक्षा न करता स्वतः ती गटार साफ केली.
आजकालच्या युगात आपल्या पायाला चिखल लागला तरी आपल्याला नकोनको होतं.पण एखाद्या सामान्य नागरिकांप्रमाणे स्वतः गटार साफ करून आबासाहेब काळे व कपिल भाकरे यांनी इतरांपुढे एक आदर्श निर्माण केला आहे, आणि जनतेने त्यांच्यावर टाकलेला विश्वास त्यांनी सार्थ ठरवला आहे.
त्यांनी अशाप्रकारचे कार्य केल्यामुळे परिसरातून त्यांच्या या कार्याची चांगलीच चर्चा होत आहे.
