Veteran television actor and classical dancer. Sudha Chandran She recently recalled her experiences with what she believes were paranormal encounters. In an interview with Hindi Rush, the actress spoke about feeling unusual energies during shoots and shared incidents that left her deeply shaken.

Sudha said she is very sensitive to the energies around her and can sense paranormal activity almost instantly. He recalled an incident that took place during a shoot in Gujarat.

“I can sense paranormal activity very quickly. This happened when I was filming in Gujarat. It happened right in front of my eyes. I was attacked,” she said.

Recounting the night, Sudha Chandran described her return to her room after a long day on set. “I got to my room around 11:30 p.m., had dinner and went to sleep. I clearly remember that my mother and I were sleeping in the same bed,” he remembers.

“When I woke up, I saw that a closet in the room was open. I could feel an energy moving towards me. When it reached me, I felt like a heavy weight pressing on my chest. I was trying to open my mouth, but no sound came out. I couldn’t move my hands, even though my mother was next to me.”

Sudha felt the presence grow stronger. “I could see it growing. I could feel it coming into my body,” she said.

In that moment of fear, she turned to faith. “I took the name of Lord Kartik, somehow I hit my mother with my hand and suddenly my voice came back. The pressure I had in my chest slowly lifted and left my body.”

Sudha Chandran shares another Errie experience

Sudha Chandran went on to share another disturbing experience from a shoot in South India. “At night, I used to hear the sound of anklets and a woman crying,” he said. When she asked the people around her about it, the response offered little comfort. “‘What can we say, ma’am? This place itself is like that,'” they told her.

Over the years, Sudha said she has learned to trust her instincts completely. “The moment I enter a place, I can feel if something is not right. I tell my husband that this place does not seem right to me and we should play Hanuman Chalisa. I always do puja wherever I go,” she explained.

“A spirit may not want to attack us, but we may be sitting in a space that belongs to it. What’s wrong with offering a prayer?” he added.

Why do you never use Mogra at night?

Sudha Chandran also spoke about certain customs she adopted while working in the South, especially during night shoots. He noted that Mogra flowers are commonly worn in hair, but there are strict unwritten rules about removing them after work.

“When I was photographing Mayuri in the south, we used to use Mogra in our hair. But as soon as night fell, the hairdresser would take it off and say, ‘Madam, don’t go out at night with this on. Don’t go out with your hair open. Don’t apply perfume. Please change your clothes,'” he recalled.

Sudha said she never questioned these warnings. “I never asked why. There must be some reason behind it. These are hairdressers who have been working there for years; there must be a logic behind what they say. So what’s the problem with following it?” she said.

He added that he consciously decided not to dismiss that advice. “It’s not like I’m saying, ‘I’ll put on the gajra and go home, what’s the problem?’ There are certain things that I always follow.”

Sudha Chandran in her recent viral video

In the same interview, Sudha Chandran also referred to a video of hers that recently went viral.. The clip, filmed during a mata ki chowki at her home, showed her in what appeared to be a trance-like state, supported by her family members.

The actress admitted that she has few memories of what happened. “I don’t remember what I was when I was in that area. I won’t even say that the goddess herself entered me, because if that happens, her body will explode. No human can withstand that energy,” he said.

Sudha added: “A percentage of it could have come into me as a blessing; that’s all. Maybe it was its presence, maybe it wasn’t. But I do know that I am blessed. I believe in these things, and that has happened to me.”
