Bollywood is full of comeback and revival stories, but few come close to that of actor Rajat Bedi. After rising to fame in the early 2000s, she eventually faded from the spotlight. He found himself back on top after his role in Aryan Khan’s Ba***ds of Bollywood. In a recent video interview, Rajat took a tour of his luxurious Mumbai home, which has been designed entirely by his wife, Monalisa Bedi.

The actor began the tour by showing the Mashable India team his custom designer tiles that belong to a Vancouver artist. He explained that his wife loves the work that is done on the tiles and that she always wanted them in the house. He then passes by his son’s room and his own room, but makes it clear that the tour will not go to either of these spaces.

Rajat then proceeded to show off his favorite place in the entire house, which was the bar. The bottles were stored neatly behind a sliding metal frame, which was translucent enough for one to see. Once opened, spectators were able to see a considerable collection made up of different types of alcoholic beverages. He said: “Every time we invite family or friends, this is where we sit and play. The whole house is my wife’s, but this place is mine alone.” He called it his “boy zone.”

Rajat Bedi then took viewers to his living room, which was right opposite the bar. It was a huge space, with a cowhide rug on the floor. Rajat was quick to clarify that the carpet was artificial and proceeded to explain the vision behind the room that his wife had decided upon. It also showed off its Porsche-designed LD Systems speaker. The particular model is priced at over Rs 6 lakh. The room had a custom table built by Monalisa and also had a shelf for Rajat’s awards.

He smiled while holding the awards and said, “These are all the awards I have received since September. God has been kind. I love this and I want more of this, and so does Shah Rukh Khan.” He then passed by his daughter’s room, which was also not part of the tour, before entering the kitchen. While Rajat had quite an idea about where everything is stored and placed, he admitted that he doesn’t cook. After introducing his cook and dog, Rajat took viewers to the outside garden, which he called a dream for anyone who lives there. Bombay.

The Koi Mil Gaya actor explained that the garden outside is where he sometimes sits, relaxes, reads books and enjoys nature. After showing off his Mercedes and his beautiful garden, Rajat headed to his office, which was located right behind his house. You could see the space through the glass walls, and Rajat explained that this is where he does all his business. He also introduced viewers to his personal trainer and security staff.
