भिगवण ते पंढरपूर सायकलींग करत दिला आरोग्य संवर्धनाचा संदेश
भिगवण प्रतिनिधी:
येथील भिगवण सायकल क्लबच्या आठ सदस्यांनी दि. ११ रोजी भिगवण ते पंढरपूर असा ११२ किलोमीटरचा सायकल प्रवास अवघ्या सहा तासात पूर्ण केला. यावेळी ‘सायकल चालवा तंदुरूस्त रहा’ असा आरोग्य संवर्धनाचा संदेश देण्यात आला.
सायकल चालवल्याने शरीराच्या विविध अवयवांना व्यायाम मिळतो. याचा फायदा आरोग्याला होऊन रोगप्रतिकारक क्षमता वाढते.तसेच मानसिक तणावापासून आराम मिळतो आणि मेंदू सक्षमपणे काम करतो असे अनेक फायदे यामुळे होतात.
भिगवण सायकल क्लबच्या सदस्यांकडून अनेक सायकल राईड मध्ये सहभाग घेतला जातो. यातील अनेक सदस्य दोनशे किलोमीटर, शंभर किलोमीटर महिन्यातून एकदा सायकलवर प्रवास करतात. सायकल चालवण्यामागे स्वतःचे आरोग्य चांगले राहावे, रोगप्रतिकारक शक्ती वाढावी हा हेतू असून, याबरोबरच समाजामध्ये आरोग्याबद्दल जागरुकता निर्माण व्हावी असा त्यांचा मानस आहे.
या सायकल प्रवासामध्ये सायकल क्लबचे सचिव अल्ताफ शेख, उपाध्यक्ष अर्जुन तोडेकर, केशव भापकर, नामदेव कुदळे, श्याम सातार्ले, औदुंबर हुलगे, संतोष सवाने, योगेश चव्हाण व विशाल माळी हे सहभागी झाले होते.
सायकल क्लब चे सदस्य प्रविण वाघ यांनी भिगवण ते पंढरपूर सायकल प्रवास केलेल्या आठ सदस्यांचा यशस्वीरित्या सायकल प्रवास पूर्ण केल्याबद्दल सत्कार केला. यावेळी सायकल क्लबचे अध्यक्ष रणजीत भोंगळे, रियाज शेख, संजय खाडे, संजय चौधरी, डॉ. अमोल खानावरे, प्रसाद पाटील, राहुल गुंदेचा, प्रदीप ताटे, दिनेश मारणे, माऊली जगदाळे, बबन घाडगे आदी सदस्य उपस्थित होते.
