नियमांचे उल्लंघन करून सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी वाढदिवस साजरा करणाऱ्या ३० ते ४० जणांवर गुन्हे दाखल

सध्याच्या परिस्थितीत प्रशासन यंत्रणा,आरोग्य यंत्रणा कोरोनाला हद्दपार करण्यासाठी रात्रीचा दिवस करत लढा देत आहे. तर दुसरीकडे कोरोना पेशंटची संख्येत कमालीची वाढ होताना दिसत आहे. यामुळे कोरोना पेशंटला बेड, ऑक्सिजण, व्हेटिलेटर सुविधा मिळवण्यासाठी कसरत करावी लागत आहे.अशी भीषण परिस्थिती असताना काही नागरिक विनाकारण घराबाहेर पडुन गर्दी करत असल्याचे चित्र पहायला मिळत आहे. अशातच पोंधवडी येथे गर्दी करून वाढदिवस साजरा केल्याचे निदर्शनास आल्याने भिगवण पोलिस स्टेशनचे सहाय्यक पोलिस निरीक्षक जीवन माने यांनी संबधित ३० ते ४० लोकांवर कारवाई केली आहे.

सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी दोन वेगवेगळे वाढदिवस साजरे करण्यात आल्याची माहिती खबऱ्या मार्फत भिगवण पोलिसांना मिळाल्याने खात्री करून संबंधितावर लगेच जिल्हाधिकारी साहेब यांनी दिलेल्या आदेशाचा भंग करून वाढदिवस साजरा केल्याने ठाणे अंमलदार समिर करे यांनी पोंधवडी येथील ३० ते ४० लोकांवर गुन्हा दाखल केला आहे.

वाढत असणारी रुग्ण संख्या लक्षात घेऊन पुढील काळात नियमांचे उल्लंघन करणाऱ्यावर तीव्र कारवाई करण्याची मोहीम आखण्यात आल्याचे संकेत सहाय्यक पोलीस निरीक्षक जीवन माने यांच्याकडून देण्यात आले आहेत.

याबाबत पोलिस सत्रांकडून मिळालेल्या माहितीनुसार,
दि.२४ एप्रिल २०२१ रोजी रात्री ७.०० वाजताचे सुमारास गणेश दत्तात्रय पवार रा.पोंधवडी भिगवण याचा वाढदिवस १८ ते २० लोकांनी त्याचे सह साजरा केला त्यामध्ये १) गणेश दत्तात्रय पवार २)संजय महादेव बंडगर ३) सौरभ गोरख बंडगर ४) सचिन दादा बंडगर ५) अक्षय पंढरीनाथ खारतोडे ६) अक्षय आगतराव पवार ७) भाउ सुभाष बंडगर ८) प्रदिप मधुकर बंडगर ९) अभिषेक ज्ञानदेव बंडगर १०) अजिंक्य कांतीलाल बंडगर ११) गणेश कोंडीबा पवार १२) गणेश दत्तात्रय बंडगर १३) नवनाथ दशरथ बंडगर १४) नारायण महादेव बंडगर १५) विजय सदाशिव बंडगर १६) शिवराज संभाजी बंडगर १७) निलेश दत्तात्रय बंडगर १८) संदिप बालु चंडगर १९) कुलदिप कांतीलाल बंडगर २०) भाउसो आप्पा बंडगर सर्व रा. पोंधवडी, भिगवण यांच्यावर गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला आहे.

तर त्याच दिवशी रात्री ८ वा.चे सुमारास कुलदिप कांतीलाल बंडगर पोंधवडी, भिगवण यांचा वाढदिवस 13 ते 14 लोकांनी त्याचसह साजरा केला आहे त्यामध्ये १) कुलदिप कांतीलाल बंडगर स्वतः तसेच २) विजय सदाशिव बंडगर ३) प्रदिप मधुकर बंडगर ४) विठ्ठल भानुदास बंडगर ५) तुषार भानुदास बंडगर ६) सुरज भानुदास भोसले (७) निलेश दत्तात्रय बंडगर ८) अभिषेक ज्ञानदेव बंडगर ९) नारायण बापु बंडगर १०) मयुर लालासो बंडगर ११) अजिंक्य कांतीलाल बंडगर १२) दिगंबर भानुदास बंडगर १३) भास्कर जगन्नाथ बंडगर १४) पप्पु लालासो बंडगर यांवर गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला आहे.

या शिवाय दि.२९ एप्रिल २०२१ रोजी सायंकाळी ईश्वर शिवराम बंडगर रा.पोंधवडी, भिगवण याचा वाढदिवस ८ ते ९ लोकांनी त्यांचेसह साजरा केला असलेचे निष्पन्न झाले त्यामध्ये १) ईश्वर शिवराम बंडगर स्वतः तसेच २) प्रेम नाना बंडगर ३) दादा जालिंदर वाघरे ४) सचिन दादा बंडगर, ५) निलेश दत्तात्रय बंडगर ६) विठ्ठल भानुदास बंडगर ७) तुषार भानुदास बंडगर ८) विनोद नवनाथ बंडगर ९) मयुर लालासो बंडगर सर्व रा. पोंधवडी, भिगवण यांविरुध्द जिल्हाधिकारी पुणे याचे आदेशाचा भंग करून सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी वाढदिवस साजरा केल्याच्या कारणावरून गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला असून पुढील तपास भिगवण पोलीस करत आहेत.
