महाविदयालये करियर घडविण्याची कार्यशाळा ः दिलीप पवार

भिगवण प्रतिनिधी

महाविदयालयीन जीवन हा विदयार्थ्यांच्या आयुष्यातील सर्वात महत्वाचा कालखंड असतो. अनेकदा तरुण मुले गैरसमजातुन महाविदयालयाकडे
मनोरंजनाचे साधन म्हणुन पाहतात. महाविदयालये ही केवळ मनोरंजनाची जागा नव्हे तर ते करियर घडविण्याची कार्यशाळा आहे असे प्रतिपादन येथील
भिगवण पोलिस ठाण्याचे सहाय्यक पोलिस निरीक्षक दिलीप पवार यांनी केले.
येथील कला महाविदयालय व महाराष्ट्र राज्य उच्च तंत्रशिक्षण विभाग यांच्या संयुक्त विदयमाने सुरु करण्यात आलेल्या कर्मयोगी करियर कट्टा
उपक्रमाचे उद्घाटन करण्यात आले. कार्यक्रमाच्या अध्यक्षस्थानी इंदापुर तालुका शिक्षण प्रसारक मंडळाचे संचालक पराग जाधव होते. तर प्रमुख मार्गदर्शक
सावित्रीबाई फुले पुणे विदयापीठाचे अधिसभा सदस्य प्राचार्य डॉ. देवीदास वायदंडे, सोमेश्वर येथील काकडे महाविदयालयातील प्रा. नारायण राजुरवार,
महाविदयालय विकास समितीचे सदस्य संपत बंडगर, सुनिल वाघ, ग्रामपंचायत सदस्य कपिल भाकरे, प्राचार्य डॉ. महादेव वाळुंज उपस्थित होते. यावेळी
बोलताना अधिसभा सदस्य प्राचार्य डॉ. देवीदास वायदंडे म्हणाले, कोरोना काळांमध्ये शिक्षण क्षेत्र सर्वाधिक बाधित झाले. याकाळात विदयार्थी इंटरनेटच्या
आहारी गेल्याचे दिसुन येत आहे. इंटरनेट विदयार्थ्यांना केवळ माहिती देईल परंतू जीवन जगण्याची जगण्याची व यश मिळविण्याची प्रेरणा ही शिक्षकांच्या
माध्यमातूनच मिळते. विदयार्थ्यांनी स्वतःमधील कौशल्यांचा शोध घेऊन त्यानुसार करियरची निवड केली पाहिजे. प्राचार्य डॉ. महादेव वाळूंज म्हणाले,
करियरच्या संकल्पना काळानुरुप बदलत आहे. सध्या शिक्षणाच्या माध्यमातून अनेक विदयार्थी हे नोकरी व व्यवसायाच्या क्षेत्रात यशस्वी होतात. परंतु चांगला
माणुस बनने हे सुध्दा आवश्यक आहे.
कार्यक्रमांमध्ये आकाश आटोळे या विदयार्थ्यांचा विशेष सत्कार करण्यात आला. प्रास्ताविक व सुत्रसंचालन प्रा. शाम सातर्ले यांनी केले तर आभार
प्रा. बाळासाहेब खरात यांनी मानले. कार्यक्रमांसाठी प्राध्यापक व शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मचारी यांचे सहकार्य लाभले.
