भिगवण-डिकसळ रोडवर उजनी धरणाच्या फुगवट्यावरून जात असताना अनेकांचे प्रवाश्यांचे लक्ष वेधुन मन प्रफुल्लित करणारे पाणी व डोळ्यात भरणारा निसर्ग पाहण्यासाठी भिगवण मधुन गाडीने जात असताना अनेकांना आपल्या खिडकीच्या काचा खाली घेण्याचा मोह आवरत नाही. पंरतु भिगवण भोवती वाढत चाललेला हाॅटेल व्यवसाय व वाढत चाललेली लोक वस्ती यामुळे निर्माण होणारी कचऱ्याची समस्या पुढील काळात मुख्य समस्या होण्याच्या मार्गावर आहे.

राज्यमार्ग भिगवण- राशीन रोडवर प्रवाशांबरोबरच या परिसरातील नागरिक सकाळी मॉर्निंग वाॅक साठी व आपल्या आरोग्याच्या दृष्टीने स्वच्छ मोकळी हवा मिळण्यासाठी या रोडवर अनेक जण पहाटे व्यायामासाठी येत.पंरतु काही महिन्यापासुन या रोडवर अनेक मच्छिमार व्यावसायिक व हाॅटेल व्यवसायिक खराब झालेले मासे,हाॅटेल मधील कचरा, वेस्टेज रात्रीच्या वेळी रोडलगत टाकतात,त्यामुळे येथुन जाणारे-येणारे प्रवासी व नागरिकांना दुर्गधीमुळे नाहक याचा त्रास सहन करावा लागत आहे.

दिवसेंदिवस या रस्त्यावरून वर्दळ,रहदारी वाढत चालली असून,येथून प्रवासी, शाळा, महविद्यालयातील विद्यार्थी , व्यावसायिक, शेतकरी यांची दैनंदिन ये- जा असते . या सर्वांना याचा नाहक त्रास सहन करावा लागत आहे.

या रस्त्यावर शुभम पेट्रोलियम ते ब्रिज आणि विद्युत वितरण कार्यालय या रोडवरही सतत कचरा/मैला टाकला जातो. यामुळे चुकीच्या पध्दतीने रोडलगत कचरा टाकणाऱ्या वर ठोस कारवाई करण्याची मागणी होत आहे.तसेच या दुर्गंधीमुळे नागरिकांना होणाऱ्या त्रासाला जबाबदार कोण? असाही प्रश्न उपस्थित होत आहे.त्यामुळे संबंधित प्रशासनाने याकडे वेळीच लक्ष देऊन कचऱ्याची विल्हेवाट लावली पाहिजे. अन्यथा भविष्यात ही समस्या निश्चितच उग्र रूप धारण करू शकते यात शंका नाही.
