भिगवन शिक्षण प्रसारक मंडळ संचलित, कोंडीराम सदाशिव क्षीरसागर आर्ट्स,कॉमर्स,सायन्स महाविद्यालया मध्ये एम. ए अर्थशास्त्र आणि मराठी हे नवीन अभ्यासक्रम शैक्षणिक वर्ष २०२१-२२ पासून सुरु करण्यास नुकतीच परवानगी मिळाल्याची माहिती संस्थेचे संस्थापक अध्यक्ष अजित क्षीरसागर यांनी दिली. ग्रामीण भागातील विद्यार्थ्यांना दूरवर जाऊन उच्च शिक्षण घेणे सध्याच्या परिस्थितीत शक्य नसल्यामुळे संस्थेने एम. ए अर्थशास्त्र आणि मराठी या विषयाचे अभ्यासक्रम सुरू करण्यासाठी प्रस्ताव विद्यापीठामध्ये सादर केला होता त्यास विद्यापीठ अधिकार मंडळाने घेतलेल्या निर्णयानुसार शैक्षणिक वर्ष २०२१- २२ पासून एम. ए प्रथम वर्ष अभ्यासक्रम सुरू करण्यास परवानगी/ मान्यता मिळाली आहे.
सध्याची परिस्थिती पाहता कोरोना प्रादुर्भावामुळे शैक्षणिक संस्था / कॉलेज बंद असून भविष्यकाळात देखील विद्यार्थ्यांना दूरवर जाऊन उच्च शिक्षण घेणे जिकिरीचे असल्यामुळे भिगवन सारख्या ठिकाणी पदव्युत्तर पदवी अभ्यासक्रम सुरू होणे अत्यंत गरजेचे होते .
भिगवण सारख्या झपाट्याने विकसित होणाऱ्या शहरामध्ये बाजारपेठ मोठी असल्यामुळे भिगवन गावाला पुणे ,सोलापूर आणि अहमदनगर या जिल्ह्यातील सुमारे 20 ते 25 गावे जोडलेली आहेत. आणि या खेडे गावातील विद्यार्थ्यांना उच्च शिक्षणासाठी जवळजवळ ३० ते ३५ किलोमीटर दूरवर जावे लागत असे. परंतु आता भिगवण मध्येच शिक्षणाची सोय निर्माण झाल्यामुळे या विद्यार्थ्यांचा दूरवरचा प्रवास टळणार असून उच्चशिक्षणाची एक चांगली संधी निर्माण झाल्याचे मत प्राचार्य तुषार क्षीरसागर यांनी व्यक्त केले.
जे विद्यार्थी, नागरिक व महिला आर्थिक दृष्ट्या दुर्बल आहेत तसेच वेळेअभावी शिक्षणापासून वंचित राहिलले आहेत. अशा सर्वांसाठी यामुळे एक प्रकारची उत्तम संधी निर्माण झालेली असून हे नवीन अभ्यासक्रम सुरू होणार असल्यामुळे परिसरातील शिक्षणप्रेमी नागरिक, विद्यार्थी व पालक यांनी समाधान व्यक्त केले आहे.
