पुणे- सोलापूर महामार्गालगत भिगवण गाव दोन्ही बाजुला विभागले आहे . पुर्वेला वसाहत, उद्योग, मुख्य बाजारपेठ आहे तर पश्चिमेला वीस टक्के वसाहत, व्यापारपेठ व आठवडे बाजार आहे. हा दुभाजक रस्त्यावर मध्यवर्ती ठिकाणी असल्याने ये-जा करण्यासाठी येथे नेहमी वर्दळ असते येथे महामार्गाच्या एका बाजूने दुसऱ्या बाजूला जात असताना वाहनाचा वेग जास्त असतो त्यामुळे झालेल्या अपघाताने अनेकांचे कुटुंब उध्वस्त झाले आहे. पूर्वी बसवलेल्या दुभाजकामुळे चार वर्षात एकही अपघात झाला नाही.
आता काढण्यात आलेल्या दुभाजकामुळे अपघाताचे सत्र सुरू झाले आहे (ता.०५) एका दिवसात दोन अपघातात झाल्याने नागरिकांकडून पुन्हा दुभाजक बसवण्याची मागणी होत आहे. तर पश्चिमेकडील असणारी व्यापारपेठेला या बसविण्यात आलेल्या दुभाजकामुळे ये – जा करण्यासाठी पाऊण कि.मीअंतर जावे लागते, त्यामुळे याचा फटका व्यवसायाला बसत आहे. यामुळे अनेक व्यापारी वर्गाकडून महामार्गावर गतिरोधकही बसवण्याची मागणीसुध्दा होत आहे.
